Abi and Fergus, the wedding


















































Abi and Fegus got married this September at One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow's West End. It was a lovely day of family and friends, of food and drink, of music and laughter.

Devonshire Gardens is a beautifully atmospheric venue and was perfectly complimented with flowers by our favourite florist and bestest friend, Sophie of I Heart Flowers who used roses from The Real Flower Company.

Abi looked gorgeous in a dress from Net a Porter and Fergus was ever so handsome in his suit and floral tie which coordinated with the other groomsmen's neckwear.

The bride and groom celebrated with a tower of cupcakes and the guests were given a choice of five personalised CDs of the very best music to take home.

Emergency department checklist and quality indicators for NABH accreditation preparation

Emergency is an integral part of any hospital. Quality of emergency care depends upon several factors related to its infrastructure, design and processes. In NABH standards, there are several requirements that relates to the functioning of emergency and it must be taken care of by a hospital while preparing for accreditation. Below is the list of all such requirements which has been picked from NABH standards and observations made during assessments.       1.        Requirements related to Infrastructure and design of emergency department a.        Emergency department should be on ground floor OR its entrance should be easily accessible by ambulance b.        It should have a separate and dedicated entry. The road should reach till the emergency entrance for making it accessible to ambulance. The road should also allow for easy U-turn of the ambulance. Delia and Chris {A London Rowing Club wedding}

Delia and Chris were the first couples that we met with when we moved to London. As their wedding finally rolled around early in May in seemed like a lifetime ago that we met them in a cafe by the Photographer's Gallery in central London although it was actually almost exactly a year.  It was a perfect May morning as I arrived at High Road House in Chiswick to photograph Delia, her mum and her bridesmaids getting ready for the wedding. The light poured into the beautiful white room at the top of the building and it was the perfect backdrop for the palette of blush pink flowers and the hint of sparkle that glittered from Delia's Jimmy Choo platforms and stunning Cymbeline dress from Blackburn Bridal . It was no wonder that Delia's dad had a proper cry when he saw her coming down the stairs!  Meanwhile Nye was with the groom and his family and ushers at the Temperance in Fulham, just around the corner from the church where the wedding ceremony was to take place. Infection control checklist for NABH accreditation preparation

Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) can easily qualify as the most important patient safety concerns in hospitals. To address the menace of HAI, infection control is kept as one of the main objectives, while designing any healthcare delivery structure, policies and processes. Almost all activities that are done within hospital has a bearing on infection control and there are a large number of studies that has resulted in various good practices for controlling infections.
